Terms and Conditions: Juggernaut Sportswear Summer Sale
1. Promotion Period
The "Summer Sale" is valid from August 1st at 12:00 AM to August 31st at 11:59 PM, or while supplies last. Juggernaut Sportswear reserves the right to terminate the promotion early if the allocated inventory is depleted.
2. Applicable Promotions and Discounts
During the promotional period, customers will have access to the following offers:

20% off participating individual products.

Extra 10% off the JGNTCore™ bundle.

Power Socks Bundle: 3 pairs of Power Socks for $550 MXN (total savings of $137 MXN).

Leg Day Shorts Bundle: 2 Leg Day Shorts for $1,899 MXN (total savings of $599 MXN).
3. Combination and Accumulation Restrictions
All promotions mentioned in the previous section are not cumulative and cannot be combined with each other, nor with other ongoing promotions, coupons, discount codes, promotional gift cards, or previous markdowns available in the store.
4. Free Shipping Policy
The Free Shipping benefit is strictly limited to customers placing their first order at Juggernaut Sportswear.

This benefit will be applied automatically at checkout once the system verifies it is the user's first purchase.

If the customer already has a purchase history with us, standard shipping rates will apply based on location and package weight.
5. Inventory Availability (While Supplies Last)
All orders are subject to product availability. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not guarantee its reservation. Inventory is only deducted once the payment has been successfully processed and approved.
6. Returns and Exchanges
For items purchased under these Summer Sale promotions, the following policies apply:

In the event of a return due to a manufacturing defect, the refund will strictly reflect the exact amount paid by the customer with the discount applied, not the original price of the product.

For promotional bundles (Power Socks, Leg Day Shorts, JGNTCore™), partial returns will not be accepted. If a customer wishes to return the product, the entire bundle must be returned.
7. Cancellations and System Abuse
Juggernaut Sportswear reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or reject any order that:

Shows signs of fraudulent activity or misuse of the first-order benefits (e.g., creating multiple accounts by the same person to obtain free shipping).

Was processed with pricing or system errors in the shopping cart due to technical glitches. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
8. Modifications
Juggernaut Sportswear reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, according to the operational needs of the store.
