Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@jgntsw.com. Once contacted, we will provide return instructions directly to your email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Inspection
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Should you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately so that we may assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns on products if the original tags have been removed and/or if the items show signs of wear.
Exchanges and Refunds
For exchanges, to expedite the process of receiving your desired item, we recommend initiating a return for the incorrect item. Upon acceptance of the return, you may then proceed with a separate purchase for the correct item.
For refunds, once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
"Gift with Purchase" Promotions (e.g., Buy One, Get One Free)
If for any reason you need to return the main item from a purchase that included a promotional free gift, the following conditions apply:
For a full refund: You must return both the purchased item and the free gift. Both items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
If you decide to keep the gift: If you return the main item but wish to keep the promotional gift (or if the gift has been worn or is missing its tags), the regular retail price of the gift item will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Note: This policy applies to all promotions involving free products conditional upon a minimum spend or the purchase of a specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the aforementioned policies, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you possess the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, irrespective of the reason and without the need for justification. As previously stated, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received – unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also ensure that you include the receipt or proof of purchase.
