Shipping policy

  • Coverage: Mexico, United States, and Canada.
  • Prices:
    • Standard (3-5 business days): MXN $100 MXN.
    • Express (1-2 business days): MXN $200 MXN.
    • North America (3-5 business days): USD $36
    • Contact us for International Shipping outside of North America.
  • Considerations:
    • Orders made before 11:00 AM (Central Standard Time) ship the same business day.
    • Orders made on weekends and holidays (Mexico and/or United States) ship the next business day.
    • Order time is counted from payment verification.
    • Delivery times depend on the courier company.
    • We are not responsible for address errors provided by the customer. We will get in touch to confirm shipping details.
    • If there's no service in the area, we will contact you by email; if no response within 7 days, the order will be canceled and refunded.
    • We are not responsible for courier delays.
  • Loss: The courier's claim process must be followed. Upon confirmation, a refund or replacement will be offered (at our discretion).
