Additional Terms Regarding Pricing, International Orders, Shipping, and Lost Packages:

All prices for products and services on this platform are presented in Mexican Pesos. If you are placing an order from a location outside of Mexico, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other governmental fees imposed by your country's regulations. You are responsible for covering these additional costs, which may be collected upon delivery. Juggernaut Sportswear will not be held liable for, nor will we refund, any duties or taxes resulting from your decision to refuse delivery or your failure to pay any required import charges. Orders will be dispatched to the shipping address you designate, provided that the address adheres to the shipping limitations specified on this website. Once a shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to make any modifications to the delivery address. Juggernaut Sportswear assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. It is your responsibility to file any claims for damaged or missing shipments directly with the shipping carrier.
