When my package will arrive?
- If you chose Standard shipping, you can expect your package within 3 to 5 business days.
- If you chose Express shipping, you can expect your package within 1 to 2 business days.
- If your shipping address is outside Mexico, you can expect your package within 3 to 5 business days.

Which Courier will ship my order?
We use several Couriers, depending on your location, such as Estafeta, RedPack, Quality Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Where I can see the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details, there, you can click the tracking link that will send you to the Courier's website.
Can I return my item?
According to our Refund Policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How my order is eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
