'First Come, First Served' - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Organizer This promotion is organized by Juggernaut Sportswear. By participating, the customer fully accepts the following rules, terms, and conditions.

2. Promotion Period The promotion is valid solely and exclusively for purchases made starting at 7:00 PM (Central Mexico Time) on March 11, 2026, until the 2 (two) refunds described in section 4 have been awarded.

3. How to Participate Purchase speed will be rewarded. Everyone who places and successfully completes an order through Juggernaut's official online store after the promotion begins will participate automatically. The payment log of Juggernaut Sportswear's e-commerce platform will be the sole official and definitive indicator used to determine the order in which purchases were received.

4. Benefits (Refunds) Benefits will be awarded strictly in the order in which payments are processed and confirmed by the system:

• First place (1st order registered): Refund of 100% of the total amount paid for the order.

• Second place (2nd order registered): Refund of 50% of the total amount paid for the order.

Note: The refund will be issued directly to the same payment method used for the purchase within no more than 10 business days after the winners are announced.

5. Announcement of Results Out of respect for our customers' privacy, the winners will be notified directly by email on March 12 at 8:00 PM. In addition, the first name and last-name initial of the winners will be shared transparently by email.

6. Restrictions and Disqualification Juggernaut Sportswear reserves the right to void the participation of, or disqualify, any order that:

• Has payments that are declined, reversed, under review, or suspected of fraud.

• Is placed using bots, scripts, or any automated method that undermines the fairness of the promotion.

• Does not comply with the spirit of the promotion or violates any of the store's general purchase policies. If one of the first two orders is disqualified, the benefit will automatically pass to the next order registered in the virtual queue.

7. Jurisdiction For any dispute related to the interpretation or fulfillment of this promotion, participants expressly submit to the applicable laws and to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
