When will my package arrive?

• If you chose Standard shipping, you can expect your package within 3 to 5 business days.
• If you chose Express shipping, you can expect your package within 1 to 2 business days.
• If your shipping address is outside Mexico, you can expect your package within 3 to 5 business days.

Which courier will ship my order?

We use several couriers depending on your location, such as Estafeta, RedPack, Quality Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

Where can I see the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. There, you can click the tracking link that will take you to the courier's website.

Can I return my item?

According to our Refund Policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Is my order eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What size should I order?

Our fits run true to size for most athletic builds, but we recommend checking our size charts before ordering, since fit can vary slightly by product line. You can find detailed measurements on each product page.

How do I care for my Juggernaut gear?

To keep your technical fabrics performing at their best:

• Wash in cold water with like colors
• Skip the fabric softener, it can affect moisture-wicking performance
• Air dry when possible, or use low heat
• Avoid direct ironing on printed graphics

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes. If your item doesn't fit, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving it, following the same conditions as our Refund Policy (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Reach out to contact@jgntsw.com with your order number to start an exchange.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get your gear to you as fast as possible, so changes can only be made within a short window after purchase. Contact contact@jgntsw.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as the other payment methods shown at checkout. All prices displayed already include IVA (Mexican VAT).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship outside Mexico. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code at checkout in the discount field before completing your purchase. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Note that some promotions are applied automatically at checkout and don't require a code.

What happens if I cannot receive my package?

If for any reason you are not able to receive your package, it will be returned to our warehouse. If you want us to ship the package again, you will need to pay for a new shipping label. Contact us directly so we can sort out further details.
